This week's schedule:

Just a reminder, we will be having a meeting to discuss our ideas for Banned Books Week this Thursday, Sept 21st. The library is closing at 5PM that day due to staff being gone at a conference, so we'll need to have the meeting around 4PM. This is different from what we had originally planned, so pass on the new info. (And as always there is no game night on the 3rd Thursday of the month.)

Banned Books Week

This is the Banned Books week brainstorming post. At the Zoo Board meeting, we discussed the idea of writing essays/letters about banning books, as members of the "Literary Protection Agency". What we need is ideas about books that could be banned, and why. There will be another meeting next Thursday (Sept. 21), where we will compile these ideas into something we can use for banned books week.

We know it's late notice, but we'd like to try and have a Zoo Advisory Board Meeting this Thursday before game night. Most of you show up early anyway, so we'll just do some planning stuff with whoever is there around 5. If you can't make it, don't worry, there's always next month!
